Fell Tech makes a reorganization to streamline deliveries and better the position for future growth. The new organizational structure consolidates sales, marketing and customer operation into a more empowered and focused delivery organization. Catalina brings a wealth of management experience spanning from people, sales and business development. She has proven to be both a people and business-oriented leader that builds high performing teams. Catalina has been with Fell Tech since November 2023, and prior to her new role as COO she served as Group Director for People & Organization.
Over the past 15 years, Catalina has gained a diverse background ranging from experience in smaller startups and scaleups, to larger global corporations. All of which has shaped her into becoming an Executive with a strong focus on both people and business. Professionally, she has broad expertise in areas such as Sales & Business Development, Commercial and Strategic Disciplines, as well as HR, Recruitment, Leadership & Organizational Development.
Before joining Fell Tech, Catalina was headhunted to a twoday-subsidiary where she took on the role as Executive Director for the Norwegian business. In her first year, she expanded the company from 8-19 employees, achieved over 100% revenue growth, and more than doubled the EBIT. She established and led the commercial department, delivering projects valued in the multi-million range. During the first year, she also established the HR function and built a local leadership team, while managing 18 direct reports.
With her proven track record and extensive experience, Catalina is now well-positioned to guide Fell Tech through the challenges and opportunities ahead, ensuring continued success and innovation in the years to come. Fell Tech warmly welcomes Catalina to her new role.
