Karina Winther Ditlefsen is an experienced marketing professional with more than 20 years of experience in diverse industries, including product, healthcare, retail, and technology. She will be serving as the Marketing Manager in Fell Tech, where her extensive background and experience in strategic marketing and communication will be leveraged and she will focus on strengthening the brand presence, enhancing the digital footprints and visibility, in addition to contributing to building the best customer journey for partners, customers and end-user through understanding different narratives to our extensive product portfolio.
Karina has held various marketing and leadership roles throughout her career, and her achievements include significantly enhancing the digital presence and market share for Sector Alarm. In her latest role in Colosseum Tannlege she contributed to noticeable increased quality in brand visibility and customer experience with her focus on performance in digital marketing.
Karina holds a Master's degree in PR and Strategic Communication from BI Norwegian Business School and has pursued continuous education in marketing, social media, coaching, law, and graphic design. Her educational background and professional journey reflect her commitment to continuous learning and innovation. She has a strategic mindset while being able to work hands on on all market related tasks.
Her approach to marketing is both data-driven and creative with graphic knowledge, and she has a strong emphasis on sustainability and customer-centric innovation. She believes in fostering a collaborative work environment and building motivated teams to achieve strategic goals.
