Catalina Enes, Group Director, People & Organization

Catalina is an experienced, and people-oriented leader currently serving as the Group Director for People & Organization in Fell Tech. She has held various leadership roles over the past 15 years, and has a diverse background, ranging from experience in smaller startups and scaleups to larger global corporations. All of which has made her a business-focused People Executive. Professionally, she possesses broad experience across areas such as HR, recruitment, organizational development, business development, commercial and strategic disciplines. Catalina believes in creating value, positive results and developing the organization through a combination of past experiences while keeping up to date with new research in the field, and performs her role by being closely involved with the business, contributing to strategic plans and perspectives with a business-oriented mindset, while at the same time fostering a culture with high employee engagement and strong psychological safety.  

Catalina began her leadership career in a retail startup where she was involved and partly responsible for everything ranging from establishment of stores to expansion strategy, concept design and business development. She then moved on to being a store manager, in a larger retail chain. There, she executed a significant turnaround for the business which involved converting negative results into positives in a very short period. Catalina has also worked on major global projects in the oil & gas sector as a project coordinator in Siemens, where she was responsible for coordinating projects in the hundreds of MNOK in value.

After Siemens, she transitioned more into the field of HR, recruitment and Executive Search, first in the role as Consultant Manager in Academic Work, before she took on the role as Senior Consultant in Badenoch & Clark. During that time, she focused primarily on assessment, headhunting and recruitment of top executives for various companies in the private sector. Catalina developed a large portfolio and shortly became a trusted advisor, which also led to several assignments where she, as a consultant, was hired to deliver expertise and support within Leadership Development to a larger international client.

In 2019, Catalina started as the Talent Acquisition Manager, in Visma Consulting (now twoday), where she after a short time was promoted to HR Manager and became responsible for Talent Acquisition, Performance Development, and Learning & Development in a division comprising of six legal entities. She combined this role with being an HR Business Partner for three companies in the division while also leading the TA-team. During her time in twoday, she was responsible for several complex processes related to company restructuring, organizational changing processes, business transfers, and involved in M&A.

In 2022, Catalina was headhunted to one of twoday’s underlying entities, IT Minds, an IT- and software consultancy. There she assumed the role of Country Director with overall responsibility for the Norwegian business, including P&L. At the time she was the only administrative resource. During her time at twoday IT Minds, Catalina contributed to a growth of employees from 8-19, 100% top-line growth, and a doubling of the company results in EBIT. She established and led a commercial department, the HR function, and built a local leadership team. She had 18 direct reports, was involved in all commercial activities, including system development projects in the multi-thousand-hour range,

Catalina is certified in several psychometric test tools such as AoN, Assessio, Social Styles. She also holds an education as paralegal and has a bachelor's degree in HR and Management from Høyskolen Kristiania.
