Starting his journey with us as Supply Chain Manager in February 2022, Andy quickly demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise, leading to his appointment as Head of Operations just months later. This role marked the beginning of our Business Operations department as the cornerstone in our organization. Throughout his tenure, Andy has been instrumental in enhancing efficiency across various processes in the supply chain. His significant contributions to production and warehouse logistics, along with his skill in fostering relationships with suppliers and vendors, have greatly benefited our entire Business Operation. Andy's focus on key performance indicators, growth, and continuous improvement has consistently propelled us forward, setting high standards both internally and externally.
His latest promotion, effective from January this year, is a testament to his relentless drive and commitment to Fell Tech's mission. Andy's role as Chief Business Officer solidifies the path we are on to build a global business focused on sustainable products and services. Under his guidance, the Business Operations team has become a foundational element of our business, significantly attributed by Andy's continuous efforts.
