Fell Tech announces the appointment of Tommy Thorstensen to the position of Director of Customer Operations

Tommy Thorstensen joins the management of Fell Tech today as Customer Service Director where he will be responsible for managing the global customer care team. Tommy Thorstensen comes from the position as, Customer Service Director in Atea Norway responsible for customer experiences, business processes and ITSM. 

Thorstensen comes with wide experience from operation complex customer care centers, handling large volume of traffic. His competence is strategy and execution in area such as ITSM, CRM, collaborating cross-functionally organizations to improve customer experience, and transformation to improve customer journeys.
